Today saw the laying of the foundation stone for the largest project under the current PGOU, the construction of 427 houses and a hotel, which will be one of the largest in Nerja, in Fuente del Baden.
Plan Gyga
The Junta de Andalucia is allocating €2,598 euros to the Second Integrated Plan for Youth, to be known as Plan Gyga, to improve the opportunities for training and emancipation of young people in the region.
New draw for the VPO houses in La Noria
The draw was recently made for the 13 Viviendas de Protección Oficial (subsidised housing) in urbanisation La Noria. However, the economic crisis is still taking its toll and the draw will have to be made again.
