China, not surprisingly, and 18 other countries have apparently stated they will not be attending Friday’s Nobel Peace Prize ceremony for Chinese dissident Liu Xiaobo, with Russia, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Iraq and Iran among those refusing to attend.
