According to the Council, around 1,000 people took part in the 57th Carrera Urbana Feria de Nerja and the 29th Trofeo de Marcha Atlética Villa de Nerja held on Sunday. The start and finish of all races was the Balcón de Europa,
XIX Carrera Escolar “Memorial José Aguilera”
Around 400 athletes, most of them school children, took part in the XIX Carrera Escolar “Memorial José Aguilera” and the VII Carrera Local Absoluta, both races taking place in the Parque Verano Azul on Saturday.
Sunday is race day
On Sunday October 4th, the annual feria races will be held – Trofeo de Marcha Villa de Nerja Memorial Tomás Santaolalla and Carrera de la Feria de Nerja Trofeo Juan Carlos Salcedo.
