Friday September 12th 2014 sees the end of the extra midday collections of non-organic rubbish in the central streets of Nerja, namely calle Diputación, calle Carmen, calle Puerta del Mar, calle Pintada, calle La Cruz and calle Angustias.
Extra rubbish collections begin on June 17th
Starting on Friday June 17th and continuing until mid September, there will be extra collections of non-organic rubbish (paper, cardboard and plastics) in the central streets of the town. These collections will take place between 14:00 and 15:00 on Monday to Friday in calles Diputación, Carmen, Puerta del Mar, Pintada, Cruz and Angustias.
No rubbish collection in Barbate
The problems in Barbate, Cádiz province, just seem to keep piling up, as will the rubbish for the next few days as the municipal workers change their protest.
Rubbish collections in Coín
Residents of Coín are reminded not to put rubbish out on December 24th or 31st as there will be no collections due to the Christmas and New Year festivities.
