Rincón de la Victoria Council is set to approve the definitive municipal ordinance which prohibits the construction of large sand sculptures on the beach without prior approval, with fines of up to €750.
Sand sculptures
There have been some prettu good sand sculptures popping up along the coast at various times, I remember some excellent examples in Torrox and Torre del Mar, but these masterpieces take some beating. This is a collection of sand sculptures by an Indian artist, Sudarsan Pattnaik.
