A noticeable increase in the number of people milling around town this morning as the first major holiday period begins. Not a flood, and not packed, but certainly a dramatic increase in numbers. The Wally Trolley was packed to the hilt, so there’ll be a lot of singing and clapping around town.
Nerja Caves visitors
The number of visitors to the Nerja Caves during the peak holiday months of July and August was down by 7% compared to last year. July saw a decrease in visitor numbers of almost 2%, but August was down by 10.4%.
