Let the Scots vote on Scottish matters, the English on English matters, the Welsh on Welsh matters, the Northern Irish on Northern Irish matters and everyone votes on UK or Union matters.
It doesn’t need Constitutional Committees, meaningless ‘commitments’, Waffle Commissions, Study Groups or the like.
