Description: One definition of the word empowerment is to develop, grow and become the best we can be and to realise our full potential. It is about taking full responsibility for, and control over YOUR life and how you choose to experience it.
Dynamic Perceptions uses many powerful techniques and processes including those from NLP and EFT to help you do just that. For most women, no matter what culture or background they come from their role in life is often decided and the programming would have started very early in life.
On this workshop you have the opportunity to explore them and learn tools you can use to change those programmes that no longer serves you and adopt new ones of your choice that better serves you and those around you. In order to change what we experience, we need to delve deeper to identify what stops us from being the best we can be, such as unhealthy or limiting beliefs.
