A driver, who last week became one of the first in Málaga province to be arrested for driving without a valid licence, has been arrested again.
The man was stopped last Friday during a routine control by Local Police and became one of the first to be arrested since driving without a licence was criminalised under changes to the Penal Code. He was duly released after being charged.
However, before the paperwork had even been prepared and forwarded to the court, the young man was caught again. Both cases will now be heard at the same time….unless he does it again!
