A two year old toddler is fighting for his life after falling from the balcony of a hotel in Barcelona.
Daniel Betley, who will be two years old in August, is in a serious condition after suffering head injuries as the result of a fall from the first floor balcony of the Hotel Best in Cambrils, Tarragona.
After the accident, Daniel was airlifted to the Val d’Hebron hospital in Barcelona. His mother had left Daniel and his brother with their grandfather while she popped down to reception. She had apparently only been gone a couple of minutes when the accident occurred.
