Seven people were injured this afternoon, two of them seriously, after a being hit by a car traveling at high speed down the pedestrianised calle Marqués de Larios in Málaga city.
The driver of the vehicle, a Spanish man, entered Plaza de la Constitución and then sped off down calle Marqués de Larios, mowing down seven people in the process.
The driver, who has been detained, had apparently not been drinking.
