As the main summer tourist season is at an end, the Council has announced that there will no further afternoon, or second, rubbish collections in the centre of town.
Non-organic waste (paper, cardboard and plastic) was collected during the siesta period from June 30th until September 12th in the streets Diputación, Carmen, Puerta del Mar, Pintada, Cruz and Angustias as part of the regular annual ‘image’ scheme.
