A 25 year old Argentinian woman died this morning after being stabbed while on her way to work on the Balcón de Europa, Nerja.
The incident occurred at 09:20 as the woman was going to work at an establishment located on the Balcón de Europa. She was attacked by her ex-boyfriend, a Moroccan national, who apparently stabbed her three times. Locals in the area where she worked tried to stop the attack but were unsuccessful.
The woman died as she was about to be taken to hospital.
Her ex-boyfriend, a 29 year old, was under a distancing order. He has been detained by the Guardia Civil.
