The judge at the Court of Instruction Number 2 in Torrox has ordered the provisional detention in custody of 29 year old Hicham B., the Moroccan national alleged to have killed Cecilia Natalia Coria Olivares yesterday. He is charged with murder, breach of restraining order and mistreatment.
Only a few days ago, the murdered girl had requested the Local Police to accompany her home following threats and harassment by Hicham B, her former boyfriend.
