The sales of passenger cars and 4×4’s took a bit of a nosedive in November, total sales down 49.6% compared to the same period last year. It is the worst monthly decline during the current financial year and the second biggest drop in the history of the Spanish car industry. January 1993 is the worst ever when sales fell by 53%.
Year to date, 1,088,720 new vehicles have been registered, a fall of 26% compared to 2007.
