Two men and two women, alleged members of an ETA information unit, have been detained in San Sebastian and Pasaia in Guipúzchoa.
It is believed that the four members were responsible for gathering and preparing information on potential ETA targets.
The detentions occurred early this morning and the police have been conducting searches of several houses in San Sebastian and Pasaia.
