Three people have been arrested in connection with the collapse of the Hotel Son Moll in Capdeera, Mallorca, in which four workers lost their lives.
The three men, including the architect, have been charged with negligent homicide as a result of undertaking unlicensed and unauthorised construction work on the hotel.
