A 17 year old youth has been charged with the murder of Pedro Martínez Cardona, a vagrant in Huelva who used to sell flowers on the streets of the city.
The youth, who had escaped from a juvenile detention centre in Córdoba, has apparently confessed to attacking Pedro Martínez Cardona, the motive being robbery. The accused is now, once again, in custody pending a court appearance.
A second man, a 58 year old, has also been detained as a possible accomplice or accessory to the assault.
