Guardia Civil officers from Ceuta have rescued three sub-Saharans who were drifting around in a small rubber dinghy in the Straits of Gibraltar.
The small craft was spotted by one of the ferries traveling between Ceuta and Algeciras and the captain notified the authorities. The occupants of the boat, which was in imminent danger of capsizing, asked the ferry captain for help.
The three illegal immigrants, all in good health, were taken back to Ceuta.
