Four people have been arrested in connection with the theft last year of 100 kilos of heroin and cocaine from the Police Headquarters in Blas Infante, Sevilla.
The theft took place early last year, but was only discovered in May 2008. The thieves substituted flour and other substances in place of the drugs.
Access to the area in which the drugs were stored was limited to officers of the Drugs and Organised Crime Unit, about one hundred people in total. Two of the detainees, however, are not members of the police force.
