Telefonica and Vodafone have signed an agreement to share their mobile networks in Spain, Germany, Ireland and the United Kingdom. Talks are also underway to incorporate the Czech Republic into the agreement.
The two companies intend to explore the opportunities for cooperation in other areas relating to the transmission of services as well as extending coverage and improving the quality of the service.
