Frigiliana Council has received an appropriation of €100,000 from the Ministry of Tourism to undertake the expansion of the Archaeological Museum in Casa del Apero.
Construction is due to begin this summer. The project is being funded by the Ministry of Tourism under the Fondo Financiero del Estado para la Modernización de las Infraestructuras Turísticas (FOMIT), with a fifteen year loan with an interest rate of 5%.
The Archaeological Museum opened seven years ago and forms part of the Andalucian Mueum Network.
