The only underground car park in the centre of Vélez-Málaga will be closed as from Monday May 4th for a period of fifteen days.
The closure is due to works being carried out in calle Portería del Carmen. Initially, the Council was intending to keep the car park open while the works were being carried out but then changed their minds.
This will leave the city temporarily short of 150 parking spaces at a time when demand is increasing. The car park is close to the tax office, and now is the time that many will be completing their income tax forms.
