A survey of the members of the Asociación de Empresarios de Nerja (AEN) – The Association of Employers in Nerja – has revealed that the main concerns of the 300 members are cleaning, parking and security.
At a general meeting, where Enrique López Cuenca was re-elected as the president, the results of the survey were announced. There were 39 questions on the survey relating to various aspects of business in the town.
Cleaning: On the adequacy of street cleaning in the town, 47.22% said that it was not adequate, 51.39% said it was.
Security: 48% believed security to be inadequate, 46.33% believed it to be adequate.
Parking: 79.17% believe that current parking spaces are inadequate.
