Police in Baena (Córdoba) have arrested 6 people, 5 minors and one adult, as the alleged perpetrators of sexual abuse against a 13 year old girl.
Two of the detainees were later released, one being a thirteen year old boy who cannot be charged and the other is a physically handicapped boy.
The incident took place at a swimming pool on July 2nd. One of the minors, with whom the victim had earlier had a physical relationship, tried to force the girl to have sex with his friends, threatening to show her parents a video of their previous exploits, which he had recorded on his mobile phone without her knowledge, if she did not cooperate.
The girl was then repeatedly raped by a number of the boys in the group. It was several days before she told her parents what had happened.
