Two municipal workers were injured yesterday when their crane overturned while they were carrying out repair work near Maro.
The men were working to repair a lamp at the Maro roundabout when one of the crane supports gave way and they fell about ten metres to the ground. One of the men lost consciousness for a short time but recovered quickly and after being given the once-over at the hospital Comarcal in Vélez-Málaga, both men were discharged and sent home.
