A 61 year old man has been arrested in Vélez-Rubio, Almería, on suspicion of murder after the body of a woman was found by Local Police.
It seems that the man, 61 year old C.M.L., waited for his victim outside her home and as she emerged to go to work, shot her several times. The woman managed to stagger to her workplace but then died.
The woman, a 45 year old from Los Cerricos de Oria, Almería, was a widow and had maintained a relationship with her attacker until a few days earlier.
The man, who is unemployed, later confessed to the killing and handed over a gun to the police.
