PSOE critical of plans for state funds

The Opposition PSOE has criticised the PP Government for not allowing input from local groups regarding the use of funds under the Plan Estatal para el Empleo y la Sostenibilidad Local.

The PSOE is proposing the creation of a municipal basic income programme, paid for by state funds, which would benefit around 90 families.

The PP say that their proposed social plans provide benefits for far more people, not just 90, so it is hard to see the PSOE proposal being accepted.
