Under Royal Decree 307/2005 and a subsequent amendment, 477/2007, financial assistance is available as a result of damage in connection with storms etc.
These relate to situations of a serious or catastrophic nature. Further information and, if necessary, application forms can be obtained from http://www.proteccioncivil.org/. Any claims must be delivered within one month of the end of the disaster.
