More rains in the area around Jerez has forced more people from their homes as the level of the río Guadalete rose by thirty centimetres.
Around 100 people in total are now unable to reach their homes or have been evacuated. Many residents in Greduela spent the night baling out the water from their homes.
In El Portal, dozens od residents have been evacuated. In addition to the overflowing río Guadalete, the situation has been made worse by a problem with one of the rainwater collectors.
