The rains held off, the sky was pretty clear and it was a Blue Moon for the New Year celebrations on the Balcón de Europa. A bit windy, but at least it was dry.
Despite the roadworks in the area, the turnout seemed very good this year with revellers all the way down the promenade.
Hados Negros provided the entertainment, playing songs from the 60’s and 70’s.
