Work has started on the reurbanisation of calle Andalucía between restaurant Udo Heimer and the bottom of the road near the Villa Flamenca Hotel.
The works were originally intended to start in December but were postponed for unknown reasons. The Hotel Villa Flamenca has been closed since December both due to the planned roadworks and plans to refurbish and modernise the hotel.
The hotel is hoping to reopen around Easter time, all being well.
