The Thursday street market in Vélez-Málaga is being moved from the Plaza de El Pozancón to calles Platero, Hojalatero and Alfredo Krauss in the new area of the town.
One of the reasons for the move is that part of the Plaza de El Pozancón is privately owned and the owners are preparing to build in the area.
The ‘new’ market will have 115 stalls.
