A group of around 30 tour operators from throughout Andalucia, part of the Air Met association, are descending upon the village of Maro this coming weekend to study the possibilities of the town as a holiday destination.
This tour, known in the business as a fun trip, has been organised by the Hotel Playamaro in conjunction with the Nerja Tourist Department.
On Saturday morning, the tour operators will be taken canoeing by Educare Aventura. In the evening it’s a tapas run, taking in the Social Centre, La Entrada, bar Rincón de la Tapa, cafetería Balcón de Maro and restaurante Playamaro. The tapas run is, incidentally, open to anyone who wants to join in.
On Sunday, it’s off to El Pinarillo with Life Adventure.
