Two Local Police officers were injured on Sunday night in Granada after they tried to stop a group of youths engaging in an unauthorised ‘botellón’.
The officers approached the youths and asked for their documentation and telling them to cease drinking alcohol in the street. The youths responded with aggression, one police officer suffering a broken wrist in the ensuing violence.
No arrests were made at the time of the incident.
