A 64 year old woman died in Atzeneta del Maestrat, Castellón, after being shot by her husband who later took his own life with the same gun.
The incident occurred last night at around 00:15 at the family home. After a ‘discussion’ at the home, the woman ran out of the building onto the street. Her husband chased her and then shot her.
The man later returned home and, using the same gun, shot himself twice, ending his own life.
