A 41 year old Rumanian man died this morning in Las Pajaritos, Sevilla, after being stabbed, allegedly by his stepson.
The alleged killer, a 21 year old youth identified as Francisco Javier B., has a history of psychological problems and had been denounced on several occasions by the victim for violence within the home.
At around 23:50 last night, a disturbance was reported in calle Mirlo, Las Pajaritos, the caller reporting seeing two people, a man and a woman, covered in blood.
When police arrived on the scene they found Francisco Javier B standing in the doorway of the house with a bloody knife in his hand. Police could do nothing to save the life of his stepfather.
Francisco Javier B was arrested on suspicion of murder.
