The definitive contract for renovating the Eagle Aquaduct has been awarded to Hermanos Campano S.L with a bid of €513,515, below the budgeted value of €747,525.
The Council, which is financing the project along with the Ministry of Tourism, wants to use the remainder of the money for, amongst other things, lighting of the monument and the surrounding area. Plans fot this have already been drawn up by Council technicians.
