Ronda Council has announced the tender process for the construction of a district library to be located in ‘El Fuerte’.
The project, drawn up by MMIT Arquitectura y Urbanismo SLP, has a current budget of €1,095,000, all but €195,000 being funded by the Málaga Provincial Council.
Companies interested in bidding for this contract have until March 28th to submit information, either directly at the Town Hall or via the municipal website, www.ronda.es.
The project is for a two-storey building with a total area of 1,032 square metres. It will be a bioclimatic building and will include, amongst other things, a games room. The execution time has been set at nine months.
