Ronda demands completion of improvements to access roads

The Three Kings in Ronda have been chosen, with Martín Vivas (Asociación de Peñas de Ronda) as Melchior, Mario Lara (Asociación de la Pequeña y Mediana Empresa de Ronda) as Gaspar and Alfonso Marín (from the Brotherhoods) as Balthasar.
