The demolition of a mobile phone antenna in Cortijada Los Pérez, Benajarafe, could take at least another four or five months after the owners filed an administrative appeal against the Council’s decision.
Residents in the area have been demanding the removal of the antenna, which is unlicensed, but this process has now been delayed.
The owners of the antenna have requested the suspension of the demolition order and the Council must now await a ruling by the Administrative Court Number Two in Málaga before proceeding.
