A total of fourteen companies have submitted bids to build a Football 7 pitch in the Parque Verano Azul, the lowest bid being from the company Cade in the amount of €253,437.43. This bid has been provisionally accepted by decree pending full agreement of the Council.
A total of 18 companies submitted bids to construct underground rubbish containers throughout the municipality, the lowest bid being from the company Solrie in the amount of €255,200. This bid has been provisionally accepted.
A further five projects are in the pipeline, including improvements to the water supply in calle Bellavista, Huerto Tuhillo, arroyo Bolicheros and around the old sugar factory in Maro as well as improvemnts to the roof of the Sala Mercado in calle San Miguel.
