Turn it down!

A new PA system installed by the rail network operators RENFE in the railway station in Álora have apparently generated a number of complaints.

The automated system churns out repetitive messages, such as ‘don’t cross the lines’ etc, every ten minutes and regardless of whether there is anyone waiting in the station. Inspiration from SkyNews?

Residents and businesses in the area, particularly hotels, are claiming that the announcements are far too loud and are affecting trade.
