Last night was party time at the Mandarina as Jenny and Frances decided to celebrate the fifth birthday of the bar with free drinks and tapas for one and all. There was a constant stream of people, many bearing gifts, and it was very often standing room only. A great achievement these days with the economy in the state it’s in.
