The Nerja Councillor for Civil Protection and the Fire Brigade has been complaining about the delay in constructing a new Fire Park on the Frigiliana road.
After one or two changes, the Council eventually made a plot of land available for the construction of the facility, the financing to be by the Regional and Provincial governments.
Now, apparently, it appears that there are currently no funds available for the project although, according to the Councillor, there seem to be funds for far less important projects.
