A farmer in Antequera seems to have become a regular target for thieves with no less than fifteen robberies taking place in the past three years. In the latest incident, the farmer lost 10 lambs.
The farmer owns two plots of land and has taken to spending nights in the field to guard his property. However, on very cold nights he has been unable to remain outdoors and this is when the thieves have invariably struck.
The farmer has lost machinery, tools, radiators and batteries from tractors, and now ten lambs he was fattening for the festive season. The thefts, of course, cost him a lot of money.
Despite reporting 15 robberies in the past three years, no-one has ever been apprehended in connection with the thefts.
