Part of the N-322 near Canena in Jaén province has collapsed as a result of the recent heavy rains and traffic is now being diverted through Canena itself.
The collapse occurred between km 135 and km 136 of the N-322 linking Córdoba and Valencia. The recent rains caused the arroyo Baeza to overflow and this, in turn, caused part of the road to collapse.
There are also problems at km 165 near Torreperogil where the road surface has also been affected by the bad weather.
