The Nerja Council has offered new premises in calle Axarquia, parallel to calle Puente Viejo, to the Provincial Revenue Office, currently located in calle Cristo.
Once the move is completed, the Council intends to use the building in calle Cristo, formerly home to the electricity company Sevillana, for social and cultural activities.
The Mayor of Nerja, José Alberto Armijo, has already asked the Provincial Revenue Department to expedite the preparation of the new building and facilitate the move as soon as possible.
