A 31 year old man has been arrested in Palos de la Frontera, Huelva, on suspicion of a crime against the right to privacy after he installed a camera inside the ‘señora’s’ facility of a local company.
The device, a modified pen containing a camera, memory, was found attached to the wc and police began an investigation.
Based on information from the person who found the device and perusal of the images, police deduced that the perpetrator could be a company employee and it wasn’t too long before the offender was in custody.
The employee, 31 year old F.D.L., admitted responsibility for the camera and will be appearing in court in Moguer shortly.
