Two people were injured this morning when a helicopter crashed in the La Caldera de Taburiente National Park in La Palma.
At around 09:45 this morning, the helicopter was flying at low altitude in an area known as Dos Aguas when, for reasons as yet unknown, it crashed to earth, injuring the two occupants.
The helicopter belonged to a private company carrying out work in the National Park.
